Photography has always been my way of noticing the world, the quiet, fleeting moments, the gestures and glances that so often go unseen. My love for it began early on, captivated by photographs and the stories they held. When my parents bought me my first camera, I carried it everywhere, photographing everything that spoke to me, from delicate flowers along the sidewalk to the small details that tell a story all on their own. It was then that I discovered the beauty of photography in capturing a moment in time and preserving it forever.
Today, I approach every session, elopement or wedding with thoughtful care and a deep appreciation for both the grand gestures and the quiet in-between moments. I am drawn to the emotive moments, the way light falls, the rawness of emotion and the tiny details that make each story uniquely yours. My work blends storytelling with artistry, crafting images that feel intentional, natural and alive.
I believe the moments we hold closest are often the ones that pass by in an instant. My goal is to create photographs that allow you to relive those memories again and again, preserving the love, connection and joy of your day in a way that feels timeless and deeply personal. No matter what chapter of life you are celebrating, it is a privilege to capture it authentically with care and in a way that honors its true essence.
Photography is not simply what I do, it is a part of who I am. It is how I connect, how I see the world and find beauty in the moments that often go unnoticed. I am endlessly grateful for the opportunity to witness life’s most meaningful moments and transform them into images that will be cherished for generations.

We had such an amazing experience and the photos are a dream!! Rosa did a fantastic job at capturing our wedding photos! We decided to have a very small intimate wedding, but pictures were important to both of us. Once we found Riu photography, we knew they were the perfect ones to capture our special day. Although we were running behind due to circumstances beyond our control, Rosa was so understanding, comforting, and helped us refocus on what is truly important. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This was our first time getting pictures taken, but Rosa and her husband were kind and professional and made us feel relaxed, comfortable, more confident, and made our vision come to life. A bonus was that they spoke Spanish and were able to communicate with our families during the family session as well! Our families were so happy and also loved the pictures!
